We want you to love your Aurneve jewellery. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

What we cover

  • Items that arrive damaged or broken
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item sent to you

What we don't cover

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Wrong size or style ordered by the customer
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items returned without prior approval

How to make a claim

Inspect your order on arrival

Check your jewellery as soon as it arrives. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Take clear photos

Photograph the issue clearly — multiple angles if needed. Include the packaging if damaged.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and your photos. We respond within 2 business days.


Refunds

Once your claim is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@aurneve.com.


EU customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
